Adi Sugarman-Maidany- Family Law Mediator

Adi Sugarman-Maidany Q.Med, M.Ed- Family Mediator – ClearWay Law

Adi Sugarman-Maidany just joined ClearWay Law as a family mediator. We received a large amount of calls for people asking for a mediator. These callers wanted to have a non lawyer help them move towards signing a separation agreement. Adi brings with her years of experience in family as well as will and estate mediation. Over the years she worked with families that had separation agreements done by the court and via mediation.

Agreements achieved by the court can take years which in return can take an emotional and financial toll. Well does achieved via mediation where more economic. Her experience brought her to believe that when the parties work together to achieve a common gale, they will be able to maintain better relationships for the benefits of themselves and the children, if they have any.

Adi has certificates for family, advanced and workplace mediation, from York University and background in education as a senior special education teacher, and holds a masters in special education from York University. She is a member of ADR Institute of Canada for the last 12 years.
