As an experienced employment attorney, I provide legal representation to a diverse range of for-profit and non-profit organizations, as well as government agencies. With a background that spans both private and public sectors, I have effectively led human resources initiatives for over 6,500 employees across 20 states. This unique vantage point enables me to adeptly advise companies on their engagement with current employees, potential hires, and alumni. My legal career includes more than eleven years at one of the leading law firms in the Southwestern U.S., specializing in employment law alongside contract matters, commercial disputes, and general business regulations. Additionally, my expertise was enriched during a six-month role as in-house counsel at a prominent public agency through a secondment opportunity. Most recently, I held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Associate Counsel at Mister Car Wash—the nation's largest conveyorized car wash operator—where I continued to hone my skills in corporate governance within this dynamic industry.
