Martelle are both Certified Family Law Specialists recognized by California's State Bar Department of Legal Specialization. With over 15 years of expertise, they adeptly represent families and individuals in need of legal assistance. Ms. Allan earned her B.S.in Psychology from CalPoly University graduating Cum Laude and consistently made the Dean’s list before completing her Juris Doctor at Santa Clara University where she was involved in Honors Moot Court activities. Similarly, Ms.Martelle graduated from CalPoly with a Political Science degree as a recipient of the Sam J.Lucas Jr.Foundation scholarship; she later achieved her law degree from Santa Clara as an Editor on the Law Review team. The duo's diligent approach has garnered numerous prestigious awards including recognition among Top 100 Lawyers and accolades such as Client’s Choice Award along with the Henry B.Collada Memorial Award for excellence.As co-founders of Allan & Martelle since its inception,their commitment has led them through thousands of cases driven by their passion for advocacy - prioritizing understanding clients’ needs while tirelessly working towards upholding their rights.
