Amrine Law

Ms. Amrine proudly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with honors from the University of Southern California. She holds a legal license to practice in California and moved to San Diego in 2006 driven by a desire to impact lives through the law, where she commenced her studies at California Western School of Law. During her education, she specialized in Elder Law with an emphasis on Estate Planning, Community Property law, Estate & Gift Taxation as well as Federal Income Taxation. A dedicated advocate for elder rights, Ms. Amrine is involved with both the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), serving on NAELA's Southern California chapter board. Additionally accredited by the Veteran’s Administration, she represents clients at both VA Regional Office and Board of Veterans’ Appeals hearings. Her commitment extends further as an active board member for San Diego Planned Giving Partnership while also volunteering at Legal Aid Society's Conservatorship Clinic within San Diego County. A sought-after speaker on subjects including Estate Planning and Long-Term Care options such as Special Needs Trusts, Ms. Amrine has been managing family responsibilities since 2001 when she became trustee for her mother diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease; this role cultivated profound empathy enabling her to resonate deeply with families navigating similar challenges seeking optimal care solutions. Outside of professional endeavors,she cherishes quality time spent outdoors around San Diego alongside husband Dan Outcalt along their three childrenand grandchild enjoying music,golf,c cycling,and travel adventures together—creating treasured moments among loved ones remains centraltoher joyous life philosophy.
