Black Women Leaders in Law

Black Women Leaders in Law (BWLL) is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive environment for undergraduate Black women scholars at the University of Florida, empowering them to excel in legal justice. Rooted in principles of leadership, education, and community engagement, BWLL strives to uplift these scholars by fostering camaraderie and a welcoming atmosphere while equipping students for careers within the legal profession. The organization’s members actively work towards enhancing accessibility within the field of law, contributing to greater diversity and representation among future legal practitioners.
