With nearly two decades of experience across various legal firms, Kevin established his own practice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He spent over a decade at Comerford & Britt, one of the leading plaintiff advocacy offices in the state, where he skillfully managed complex catastrophic injury cases along with business disputes. Before that role, Kevin dedicated almost five years to representing insurance companies across diverse injury-related cases and coverage issues. This early career experience offered him essential insights into how insurers assess and handle claims.
Today, Kevin is deeply involved in numerous serious injury matters ranging from tractor-trailer accidents to motor vehicle collisions and workers' compensation claims as well as medical malpractice litigation. In addition to personal injury law services, he provides expert representation for businesses facing challenges such as contract disagreements or disputes involving landlords/tenants or shareholders - including those relating to fraud and misrepresentation.
An alumnus of Duke University who earned his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1996, Kevin actively participates in professional associations like the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the American Association for Justice while holding membership with both the North Carolina Bar Association and State Bar. He has served previously as President of Forsyth County Bar’s Young Lawyers’ Division.
Recognized by his peers since 2009 when named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine—a title he's maintained annually—Kevin now holds their esteemed "Super Lawyer" designation too. Licensed before all federal district courts across North Carolina alongside state courts—and also authorized within Fourth Circuit Court Appeals—he frequently lectures at continuing legal education events statewide offers valuable knowledge through contributions such as authoring content on expert witness identification within "Personal Injury Practice in North Carolina.”
