126 Legal LLC is helmed by Atty. Sarah Guenther, a dedicated sole member who specializes in general legal services tailored to small business owners and their families. Operating primarily within Waukesha, Milwaukee, and Washington counties, the firm provides comprehensive legal support across various areas including traffic violations and OWI defense, debt collections, initiation of small businesses, estate planning and administration along with probate matters. Attorney Sarah Guenther proudly holds membership with the State Bar of Wisconsin along with both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin federal courts. Before embarking on her law career at Marquette University Law School—where she earned a Sports Law Certificate—Ms. Guenther accumulated extensive experience in credit management which greatly enhances her ability to navigate subrogation cases alongside contract disagreements through meticulous litigation analysis.
