Virginia Creditors' Bar Association ("VCBA")

The VCBA advocates for the professional needs of attorneys specializing in debt collection. It strives to uphold exemplary standards and foster mutual respect among all parties connected to debt collection transactions. The organization emphasizes the importance of honor and integrity within the legal profession, both towards clients and within judicial processes as well as community interactions. Additionally, it champions legal reform while promoting camaraderie and social engagement amongst its Bar members.
