### Pioneers in Asbestos Litigation
At Wallace & Graham, P.A., based in Salisbury, North Carolina, we are dedicated to serving plaintiffs across the nation. Our practice primarily centers on advocating for individuals affected by mesothelioma, asbestosis, and lung cancer linked to asbestos exposure. With nearly four decades of combined expertise in this area, partners Mona Lisa Wallace and Bill Graham lead an adept team comprised of experienced attorneys along with medical experts and support personnel.
Our mission is to ensure that clients receive timely diagnoses and treatments while pursuing fair compensation for their medical expenses as well as pain endured. Sadly, many who suffer from mesothelioma do not survive long enough to see justice served; thus we also passionately pursue wrongful death claims against corporations whose negligence exposed countless Americans to the perils of asbestos.
Driven by a commitment to making a difference within our communities, we've represented diverse groups impacted by asbestos—from shipbuilders and power plant employees to military veterans and home renovation workers. By holding employers accountable through costly litigation over safety violations concerning asbestos exposure rights for workers nationwide—with tangible impacts on workplace safety—Wallace & Graham remains relentless.
In one significant case that lasted five years with statewide repercussions—a tragic incident involving Amanda Satterfield—our firm successfully argued before the Tennessee Supreme Court regarding her battle against mesothelioma contracted from second-hand exposure via her father's work clothes during childhood. Following Amanda's passing at just 20 years old due torelation-related complications after filing suit against Alcoa (her father’s employer), we achieved ground-breaking legal acknowledgment that manufacturers hold a responsibility toward "reasonably foreseeable" secondary exposures—a monumental victory reinforcing advocacy efforts aimed at protecting future generations.
