Welcome to Watje & Moore, Ltd., where we proudly uphold a tradition of legal excellence. Founded by Galen Watje after his graduation from the University of Minnesota’s Law School in 1975, our firm has continued to grow since its formation as The Watje Firm, Ltd. in 1993. Our attorneys have gained national recognition for our litigation expertise, particularly in representing manufacturer representatives facing disputes with clients over unpaid commissions or wrongful terminations. At Watje & Moore, Ltd., we’ve successfully managed numerous cases involving major retailers who attempted to disrupt our clients' partnerships with their principals under the pretext of 'dealing direct.' Our team is also committed to education and advocacy; we've shared insights on legal matters concerning manufacturers’ representatives at various local through national conventions and even represented rep organizations before the Federal Trade Commission. In addition to these efforts, we've been serving Minnesota businesses across all corporate concerns since our inception—and officially transitioned into Watje & Moore, Ltd. in 2005.
