Kristin Moye has been at the forefront of risk management and succession issues since 2011. After successfully running her own firm that focused on estate planning and corporate law for several years, she shifted her focus to advising fellow attorneys on effective methods to reduce their risks while building thriving businesses. Despite this transition, Kristin’s enthusiasm for estate planning remained strong as she guided entrepreneurs in crafting robust succession plans. Friends frequently turned to her with a crucial question: "What would happen to my loved ones if I were not able to come home tonight?" This prompted Ms. Moye’s realization that far too many people face uncertainty; without proper arrangements in place, legal intervention could be inevitable—putting matters into the hands of probate courts or judges without consideration for personal wishes. As a result, Kristin broadened her practice area beyond small businesses; she now passionately empowers families and individuals in shaping their legacies while safeguarding their assets effectively.
