Jessica Zadjura truly understands the challenges faced by families navigating divorce. As someone who has experienced this personally, being a child of divorce and part of a blended family as one of five siblings, she brings invaluable insight to her work. Not only is Jessica a devoted wife and mother, but also an empathetic stepmother dedicated to guiding her clients through the complexities of family law—inside or outside the courtroom. Drawing from both her extensive legal background as an adept litigator, mediator, and child attorney along with her own life experiences, she assists clients in finding the right path for their unique circumstances.
An alumna of the University of Maryland where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Jessica furthered her education by obtaining a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She has undergone rigorous training that includes 40 hours in mediation techniques alongside 20 hours specifically focused on mediation concerning child custody and marital assets—all mandatory under Maryland court guidelines for serving as neutral mediators across various family law issues. Furthermore, Jessica completed specialized training to act as best interest counsel for children within court proceedings.
Since 2016, Jessica's skills have been recognized consistently by Super Lawyers magazine naming her among its Rising Stars in Family Law practice while also earning accolades such as inclusion on National Academy Of Family Law Attorneys' prestigious Top 10 Attorneys Under Age 40 list back in 2014—all testament to both expertise and dedication within this field.
