Her practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including breach of contract, business torts, healthcare, media law, environmental litigation, class action defense, and shareholder derivative actions. Andrea has defended hospitals in class action litigation and represented health plans in ERISA single plaintiff litigation and class actions.

In the realm of media defense, Andrea advises clients on defamation law, privacy law, access to public records, and related issues. She is deeply committed to pro bono work, representing clients in areas such as First Amendment law, public records access, asylum, landlord-tenant disputes, adoption, and guardianship.

In recognition of her dedication to pro bono service, Andrea was awarded the Bob Gerber Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award in 2018. This prestigious award recognizes one Sheppard Mullin attorney each year for their outstanding pro bono work.

Outside of her legal practice, Andrea serves as an ambassador for the Young Literati, a membership benefit group of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles.

Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Andrea served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. During law school, she also had the opportunity to extern for the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

With a J.D. from UC Irvine School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Redlands, Andrea is admitted to practice law in California.
