Before making Vancouver her home and joining Harris in 2011, Nicole honed her skills as a commercial litigator in Toronto with a major national law firm. Her academic journey began at McGill University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree, followed by her legal education at Dalhousie Law School in Halifax, a place she holds in high regard.

When not immersed in the legal world, Nicole cherishes her time in Vancouver, enjoying the city’s vibrant life with her husband and two daughters. Her professional excellence has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her recognition as a Recommended Lawyer in Employment Law by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory from 2022 onwards and being named a Recognized Lawyer in Labour and Employment Law by Best Lawyers in Canada for 2024.

Nicole’s legal career is marked by significant milestones, including her admission to the bar in Ontario in 2009 and British Columbia in 2011. Her educational foundation is solid, with a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 2005 and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in 2008, underscoring her comprehensive training and dedication to her field.
