Chantalle Sawision regularly appears and litigates before all levels of the court in the Province of Ontario. She also represents clients in complex negotiations, mediation, and arbitration proceedings. In her spare time, Chantalle discusses the topic of Dating, Divorce, Prenuptial Agreements, Common Law & Finances Talk Radio, AM 640.

Chantalle is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society. Chantalle obtained her B.A. from Sir Wilfrid Laurier in Waterloo, Ontario.

Her undergraduate experience included studying European Integration in Berlin and Comparative Politics and law in Tuscany through the University of Toronto. It was during this time that Ms. Sawision was one of eighteen students selected by the Dean of Wilfrid Laurier to participate in a research specialization in the area of Legal Studies.

After being called to the Ontario Bar, she articled with the reputable family firm in Toronto’s Financial District and went on to become an Associate Lawyer and Notary Public. Chantalle then went on to work at a large full-service multinational firm, with locations across Canada and the United States.
