Before using Brian Goldfinger, do yourself a favour and use Google and research how many times Goldfinger has run afoul of the Ontario Law Tribunal.  That should be your first indication of what kind of manipulative conduct that Goldfinger is involved in.  Goldfinger is the ugly underbelly of personal injury law in Ontario. His business model is to sign up as many clients as possible and to settle the client’s case as quickly as possible for whatever money is easiest to achieve.  Goldfinger might say he has your interest in mind but the fact of the matter is, he doesn’t want to go to court, he just wants to settle out of court for whatever money he can extract from the insurance company.  This strategy is not always in the best interest of the person with the personal injury though.  Brian pressures clients into settling for lesser amounts so he can avoid the time investment of a court case.  Do not use Brian Goldfinger.  You will regret it.
