Amanda Linett, in her capacity as both partner and Co-Head of the Mining Group, brings to the table a wealth of expertise in the domains of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Capital Markets, also contributing as a key member of the Management Committee in Toronto. Furthermore, Amanda’s practice involves representing issuers and underwriters in comprehensive corporate finance transactions, alongside providing seasoned counsel on corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance.
