There is a massive disconnect between people looking for lawyers and the lawyers themselves. We write these straightforward, possibly rude, articles because it’s important.
We are not doing any person service by ignoring the issues. Attorneys are too afraid to be direct with the public. They don’t want drama.
So instead, flat fees are offered up as a possible solution. It’s not going to solve the problem. The Law Society should be working with law firms to educate the public.
