Christopher Deeble – Ottawa Family Lawyer
Our Ottawa family lawyers have significant experience in assisting with agreements, separation, divorce, child custody, guardianship, mediation, child and spousal support, and more. Our Ottawa family lawyers are here to assist you with understanding the full range of options available to you, including those to resolve your case outside of court using forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Mediation and arbitration may assist you with coming to an agreement between you and your former spouse that all parties find agreeable. In many situations, this outcome is the best possible option to avoid extensive court costs and time spent in the court system. Our attorneys know what it is like for you to face the many challenges surrounding a family law case, particularly when children are involved.
This is why our Ottawa family lawyers give you advice on what to anticipate and will be there for you to answer questions at each phase of the process. A consultation with an Ottawa family lawyer is often the first step towards effectively resolving your issue outside of court. If an agreement cannot be obtained outside of court, our Ottawa family lawyers will represent you in court proceedings.
