Founded by Anthony M. Saccullo, A. M. Saccullo Legal, LLC was crafted to address the evolving needs of clients within Delaware and its court system. The firm aims to establish an innovative legal business model that caters to client demands while minimizing overhead costs—ensuring those savings are directly enjoyed by our clientele. In January 2011, Tom Kovach came on board as Special Counsel, joining forces with Anthony to provide comprehensive legal services across a diverse range of environmental issues, transactional guidance, and litigation in all Delaware courts. Additionally sharing this mission is Meg Augustine who joined the team in 2017 after her tenure at the Illinois Attorney General’s office; she now focuses on commercial litigation in Delaware alongside corporate governance, commercial bankruptcy matters, and federal law practices.
