Since establishing our predecessor, Alterman Law Office, in 2006, we have been dedicated to guiding both commercial and investment real estate owners and tenants through the complexities of buying, selling, leasing, and financing properties. Additionally, our firm supports family-run businesses with a diverse array of legal services—covering everything from routine agreements with suppliers and customers to facilitating generational ownership transitions for family members or valued employees. Our recommendations stem from our principal's extensive experience: three decades in real estate and business law practice, eight years specializing in real estate sales transactions; two terms as a planning commissioner; along with five years serving on the board as an outside director for a community bank in Washington.
