Bryant & de Parry, P.A. specializes in a variety of legal fields, including estate planning with wills and trusts, probate proceedings and guardianship issues, elder law matters, real estate transactions alongside mortgage legislation, land use and environmental regulations, as well as business law and civil litigation services. Astrid de Parry launched her legal career after graduating from Cornell University Law School in 1977. She initially took on the role of Assistant University Counsel at Cornell until 1980 before transitioning to serve as General Counsel for the University of Alaska Statewide System of Higher Education from 1980 to 1985. Relocating to Florida in 1985 led Ms. de Parry to join a prominent Orlando law firm where she concentrated on corporate practices and property law between 1986 - 1988. After briefly acting as General Counsel and Project Coordinator for Park Equus Inc., known for developing the Arabian Nights Dinner Attraction, she settled in DeLand in 1991 where she worked as City Attorney until opening her own practice two years later in '93. Today’s clients benefit from her extensive experience across various areas of civil law practice through skilled representation that they can trust.
