Arnab Banerjee serves as the founding attorney of Banner Law Group, bringing over 15 years of expertise in employment law litigation. Throughout his career, he has successfully secured more than $50 million for employees, offering a level of legal representation typically associated with larger firms. Arnab launched his professional journey at Latham & Watkins LLP—one of the globe’s premier law firms—where he gained invaluable insight into corporate defense strategies while representing employers during litigation. He transitioned to advocate for both individuals and organizations facing issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination claims, and wage disputes. It was during this time that Arnab discovered his passion for championing employee rights; thus he joined Capstone Law—the leading plaintiffs’ employment firm in California—as head of a litigation team focused on intricate employment matters including class actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Through diligent efforts at Capstone Law, Arnold played key roles in certifying various class action lawsuits and facilitating substantial recoveries for employees and consumers alike. Motivated by a desire to provide clients with top-notch service reminiscent of major firms but delivered with personal touch—which led him to establish Banner Law Group. Academically equipped from USC Gould School of Law where he contributed as an editor on the Interdisciplinary Law Journal; Arnab also interned at Homeland Security during his studies there after completing undergraduate degrees cum laude from UC Irvine while being inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
