Peter A. Bee established the firm in 1980 after accumulating a decade of experience in local county government, initially setting it up as a general practice law office primarily focused on management-oriented labor relations. Collaborating early on with Richard P. Ready and welcoming various associate attorneys further enhanced the firm's specialization in labor and employment law while branching out into commercial litigation, corporate law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, negligence defense litigation, and criminal defense matters. As the firm evolved during this time period, Peter M. Fishbein ascended to the role of Managing Partner alongside new arrivals James R. Hatter and Thomas J. Donovan within the defense litigation team. Today’s practice encompasses more than twenty skilled attorneys supported by an adept administrative team dedicated to delivering exceptional service tailored to client needs.
