With nearly a decade of legal experience under his belt, Kyle Benda established Benda Law to provide exceptional support to families and businesses navigating the complexities of the legal landscape. Hailing from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, he earned his business degree from American University in Washington, D.C., graduating in 2006. Following this achievement, Mr. Benda pursued his law degree at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville and garnered specialty certifications in areas such as Business Law, Environmental Law, and Public Interest Research.
Mr. Benda's journey began at a private environmental law firm located in St. Augustine, where he championed both public interest initiatives and individual client needs. He then relocated to Gainesville to expand his practice into diverse areas including family law—helping clients with estate planning—and managing evictions along with commercial leasing issues among other matters.
Afterward moving to Lutz while continuing family law work at a well-regarded Palm Harbor firm which he further enhanced by launching its land use and real estate division; Mr. Benda’s distinguished career took another turn when he became an Assistant County Attorney for Hernando County since 2019—serving not only county courts but also federal levels alongside administrative boards such as the Board of County Commissioners.
In addition to fulfilling these professional roles effectively—which included representing the Clerk of Court on various contract cases—he cherishes quality moments spent with his loved ones outside work hours indulging often leisure activities like golfing or strumming tunes on guitar.
