Crumiller is a dedicated feminist legal practice renowned for advocating on behalf of individuals facing sexual harassment and employment discrimination in high-stakes cases. We provide support to employees, working parents, and survivors dealing with various workplace challenges and incidents of sexual abuse. Our clients often seek our assistance during some of the hardest moments in their lives—experiencing harassment, humiliation, assault, or being manipulated into doubting their painful experiences. The emotions involved are intense and the stakes exceedingly high; regrettably, many find themselves re-experiencing trauma when engaging with detached lawyers who lack empathy. Founded by Susan Crumiller in 2016 after she faced workplace discrimination herself—sharing similar feelings of pressure as our clients—our firm realizes that sensitive matters require compassionate handling. We prioritize active listening and validation while providing context to help bring clarity before we passionately advocate for our clients’ rights to receive the justice they deserve.
