At The Divorce and Mediation Center, we are dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of divorce in a supportive setting. Elissa Pearl, Esq., a highly qualified Divorce Lawyer and Certified Family Mediator recognized by the Florida Supreme Court, specializes in guiding couples through various aspects of divorce including dissolution processes, child custody agreements, asset distribution, modifications to existing arrangements, child support determination, alimony negotiations as well as other family law issues. Armed with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, she offers Divorce Empowerment Coaching designed for clients nationwide who are either considering or facing divorce—helping them pursue fulfilling lives beyond this transition. Additionally engaged academically as an adjunct psychology professor at Broward College and guest lecturer at Nova Southeastern University on subjects intersecting psychology with law and mediation practices; Mrs. Pearl brings over 15 years of experience directly focused on family law matters into her practice.
