About
Since 1994, Attorney John A. Hedrick has dedicated his legal expertise solely to the field of workers' compensation law in North Carolina. He held the position of Deputy Commissioner at the North Carolina Industrial Commission from 1994 until 2000, functioning much like a judge in cases pertaining to workers' compensation matters. In the year 2000, he transitioned into advocacy for injured workers across North Carolina. Recognized for his proficiency, Mr. Hedrick obtained certification as a Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law from the North Carolina State Bar in 2003 and successfully renewed this designation in both 2008 and again in 2013. In addition to these accolades, he earned an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell—a testament to his high standing among peers—in 2002, which remains one of their most prestigious recognitions.
