He began his legal journey with an internship at State Farm while still in law school, where he focused on insurance defense. After earning his degree in 2015, Nigel spent several years working for prominent firms like Vernis & Bowling and Cruser & Mitchell in Atlanta, representing major insurance companies such as Nationwide and GEICO. In 2017, he transitioned to a smaller plaintiff’s firm that allowed him to pursue cases against these same insurers. The following year marked a significant step when Nigel joined Morgan & Morgan—the largest plaintiff's firm globally—where he managed cases involving premises liability and negligent security claims. His impressive achievements include securing an $8.8 million verdict in 2021 and being recognized as the top performer for settlements within the Atlanta Premises Liability Department. In late 2021, Nigel established his own practice right here in Atlanta’s bustling core with a commitment to focusing on fewer but more complex catastrophic cases; this approach enables closer client relationships built on personal attention. Originally hailing from Zambia and South Africa before settling down in America—where he completed high school at Roswell High School—Nigel embarked on higher education at Georgia State University graduating cum laude within three years with a Pre-Law emphasis. During this time, he founded an organization aimed at supporting students’ academic well-being alongside spiritual growth amidst college challenges while also receiving multiple academic scholarships throughout university life. Continuing onward from there into Mercer University School of Law brought further accolades: not only did Nigel earn certification related to Advanced Legal Writing & Researching but also took leadership roles such as coaching their Moot Court Team along with serving diligently upon editorial boards for respected journals like Southern Journal of Policy & Justice.
