Our mission is to offer exceptional legal services to those we represent. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, we also operate out of Ventura, California, assisting clients across Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties. Since opening our Portland office in August 2007, we've dedicated ourselves primarily to immigration law. Our expertise encompasses a variety of areas including family petitions and adjustment of status applications; consular processing; Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA); religious worker petitions; naturalization and citizenship applications; as well as petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and U visas designed for crime victims. Additionally, we provide representation for waivers concerning grounds of inadmissibility linked to past violations related to immigration or criminal statutes. We advocate on behalf of clients facing hearings in Immigration Court located both in Portland and Los Angeles while also pursuing appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court.
