With over two decades of experience in criminal defense, Stephen Cline is committed to advocating for his clients. He earned a degree in government and psychology from Cal State Sacramento before pursuing a legal education at California Western School of Law where he received his law degree in 1993. His early career involved managing group homes for challenged youth which fueled his passion for law as he sought to be a voice for the unheard. After serving as an assistant public defender, he transitioned into private practice about 15 years ago alongside attorney Carrie Petersen. At our firm, we uphold the belief that everyone accused of a crime is entitled to skilled legal counsel while also offering expertise in civil litigation and administrative law matters.
