Established in 1981, the Lawyers Committee on Nuclear Policy is a non-profit organization comprising legal professionals and scholars dedicated to promoting research and advocacy aimed at abolishing nuclear weapons worldwide. Their mission centers around fostering a fairer and more peaceful society by upholding both domestic and international legal standards. Additionally, LCNP operates as the United Nations liaison for the International Association of Lawyers Against Nuclear Arms.
