Laura Anthony, Esq. is the Founding Partner of Anthony, Linder & Cacomanolis, PLLC. With over 20 years of dedicated experience in law, Ms. Anthony specializes in serving small to mid-sized private and public enterprises as well as navigating the OTC markets alongside Nasdaq and NYSE American platforms. Her extensive expertise encompasses going public processes, Regulation A+ compliance issues, mergers and acquisitions transactions, private placements along with corporate finance activities—all while adhering to Exchange Act regulations and both state and federal securities laws governing general business practices.
Throughout her career at ALC LAW, Laura has adeptly facilitated deals for a variety of clients including buyers,
sellers,
underwriters,
placement agents,
investors
and shareholders—collectively handling transactions surpassing $1 billion in value.
Before establishing her firm, Ms. Anthony held the role of Chief Legal Counsel at a prominent national investment banking organization that employed over 200 staff members as well as acting within Nasdaq's broker-dealer operations.
She is widely acknowledged within the small-to-mid-cap sector not only for founding www.SecuritiesLawBlog.com but also for producing
and hosting LawCast.com’s “Corporate Finance in Focus.” An honors graduate from Florida State University College of Law since she began practicing law back in 1993; she currently serves on CfPA's Legislative & Regulatory Affairs division committee while sitting on
