Prior to establishing Messing Adam & Jasmine LLP in April 2015, our attorneys honed their skills at Carroll Burdick—a firm whose founders were instrumental in launching the Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORAC). In 1974, Carroll Burdick pioneered the PORAC Legal Defense Fund as America’s inaugural prepaid legal plan under ERISA regulations.
