In 2014, Gary Sheffield and Jake Richards crossed paths at Nguyen Gribble APC, laying the groundwork for a strong partnership. By 2020, they became formal partners in the firm, which ultimately led to the establishment of Nguyen Gribble Sheffield & Richards LLP. After their colleagues Brad Gribble and Thu Nguyen retired, Gary and Jake took initiative to create Sheffield & Richards LLP. Both founders bring invaluable perspectives on workers' compensation; Gary's experience as a judicial clerk for a Workers’ Compensation Judge complements Jake’s background as an attorney representing applicants in this domain.
