Hailing from Maine, Dan Stevens and Avery Day have built their professional careers at the state's largest legal firm, collaborating with leading lawmakers and esteemed colleagues recognized among the finest attorneys in Maine. Our expanding team based in Augusta is dedicated to addressing a wide range of client needs—from navigating high-stakes courtroom battles to providing strategic guidance in business settings. Established by Attorney Daniel Stevens as a solo practice focused on litigation, mediation, and arbitration in late 2015, our firm welcomed Avery Day aboard in early 2017—broadening both capacity and expertise. As partners now working together seamlessly, Dan focuses on advocating for individuals affected by serious accidents while also dealing with disputes related to business affairs, real estate matters as well as wills & trusts. Meanwhile, Avery enhances our offerings through her general practice involving wills creation and management of probate cases along with guiding clients through corporate formations or real estate transactions—and representing them before state agencies or regulatory bodies regarding administrative law concerns.
