At Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, the Murphy Family Endowed Moot Court Board stands as the premier organization dedicated to oral advocacy. This board is committed to developing and highlighting our students' appellate advocacy competencies. Members have the chance to demonstrate their skills in both legal writing and oral arguments by participating in a range of prestigious National Appellate Advocacy competitions nationwide. Students tackle cases spanning constitutional law, criminal procedure, sports law, entertainment law, family law, immigration law, and numerous other areas before esteemed judges alongside peers from various institutions across the country.
