Established in 1946, Wasserman, Mancini and Chang has built a rich legacy of expertise in Immigration and Nationality Law spanning over six decades. Jack Wasserman made notable contributions as a judge on the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and played an integral role in founding the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Mark Mancini has shared his knowledge by instructing junior to mid-level consular officers at the Department of State; he received recognition for his efforts with the Adjunct Faculty Award from the Foreign Affairs Institute in 1987. In addition, Washingtonian Magazine honored him as one of Washington's top immigration attorneys in 1998. Sam Chang is dedicated to serving immigrant communities throughout Washington, DC by running a Free Legal Affairs Program on Channel 56 alongside hosting an immigration assistance program called Today’s World on Cable Channel 45 ("Chinese Channel," Comcast channel 278) for Montgomery County residents.
