My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University in 1981, followed by earning my Juris Doctorate at the University of Baltimore in 1987. Prior to establishing my own firm, I dedicated six years as an Army JAG officer along with an additional sixteen years serving in the reserves. My experiences within the Army JAG Corps primarily revolved around trial law, where I honed my skills as both a defense attorney and prosecutor. For over two decades now, I've been passionately committed to assisting active-duty personnel and veterans facing legal challenges within military settings—specializing particularly in courts-martial defense, appeals related to courts-martial decisions, and enhancing discharge statuses for former service members.
