Wisconsin Innocence Project

The Wisconsin Innocence Project (WIP), affiliated with the University of Wisconsin Law School, stands out as one of the pioneering Innocence Projects initiated within a law school. For over 25 years, it has provided invaluable training to aspiring legal professionals. Throughout its impactful history, WIP has played a crucial role in securing exonerations for more than 30 individuals wrongfully accused and convicted.
