She furthered her education at Southwestern Law School, obtaining her degree in 1996 and becoming a member of the California State Bar the same year. A native of the San Fernando Valley, Vivian grew up in a bilingual household rooted in Chilean heritage, enabling her to speak Spanish fluently. In addition to being an accomplished attorney, she holds licenses as both a real estate broker and Notary Public.
Vivian distinguishes herself by offering personalized service that meets each client’s unique needs—something often lacking at larger law firms—and guarantees direct communication with them throughout their legal journey. With over two decades specializing exclusively in personal injury law—including cases related to automobile accidents, premises liability issues, product-related injuries, dog bites ,and assault incidents—she has achieved many remarkable outcomes including seven-figure settlements. Above all else ,her commitment involves advocating fiercely for clients’ rights while providing honest assessments about their situations.
Leveraging strong professional connections along with active memberships within community organizations such as Consumer Attorneys Association Los Angeles (CAALA) and serving previously as President for Encino Lawyers Association (ELA), she can connect clients needing support outside of her specialties easily . Furthermore involved personally into local initiatives; currently holding position President Chica's Mom demonstrates dedication towards enhancing surrounding communities around us!
