Jean-Claude is a litigation lawyer and member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. He earned a bachelor degree in psychology from the University of Windsor in 2008, before he moved to London, England where he then completed his master’s degree in management in 2010, and his LL.B. (Hons.) in 2013 from London Metropolitan University.

Jean-Claude has extensive experience in both the Small Claims Court and Superior Court of Justice, litigating on behalf of both small business owners and individuals alike. Jean-Claude can be found in court most days claiming damages that stem from breach of contract, inducement of breach of contract, unpaid goods/services, debt recovery, and unjust enrichment.

When Jean-Claude is not in court, he works closely with and consults small business owners and caters to their unique individual needs, assisting them with registering and incorporating, business structuring, while providing sound legal advice and counsel on transactional, compliance, and government regulatory issues.
