Yang's legal journey began at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2015. She honed her skills as a civil litigator in Alberta and later as corporate in-house counsel in Ontario. Presently, she is an active member of the Alberta bar and serves as a notary public for both Alberta and Ontario.

Over the years, Yang has been instrumental in resolving her clients' legal matters swiftly and effectively. Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in written Chinese, she adeptly serves clients in English and Chinese alike.

Yang boasts a diverse litigation practice encompassing civil, family, administrative, regulatory, and employment disputes. She has appeared before various courts, including the Alberta Provincial Court, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

In addition to her litigation prowess, Yang is well-versed in corporate and business law, franchise law, and estate planning. Her expertise extends to assisting small and mid-sized business owners with drafting family trusts and corporate succession plans.

A dedicated member of the legal community, Yang is affiliated with esteemed organizations such as the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and the Canadian Bar Association.

Outside her legal endeavors, Yang finds joy in playing squash, hiking, and satisfying her wanderlust through travel adventures.
