I am extremely disheartened and disappointed that I unfortunately used Kimberly Medora as a lawyer for my seemingly very easy divorce (that is still ongoing.) we have no property to split, it was supposed to be an easy custody agreement and joint divorce. It has been nearly a year since I first hired her and nothing has changed except I am now out $2000+ for paying her for her negligent and incompetent services that got me nowhere. She takes weeks if not months to respond to emails or calls and when she does she will ask you for the same information over and over even when you have already sent it multiple times, and she will charge you for her own incompetence and ignorance. I believe she knew how easy of a divorce mine would be and somehow tried to drag it out to get my full retainer plus more without resolving anything. If you are in a dangerous situation with your ex, then using Kimberly as a lawyer will put you in an even more dangerous situation as she does not care about you.

Kim appeared in Justice/family court 2005 and I have just been served the Court Order 2024 whereby my violent, abusive and peddling husband got sole custody.  She never informed me of the court hearing to begin with and never talked to me when I tried to write her about the Order.
