Nitin Srivastava

Introducing Nitin, affectionately known as Nick, a Senior Counsel specializing in litigation at Crash Lawyers. Nitin finds fulfillment in his diverse litigation practice, focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice, estate planning, and various litigation matters.

With qualifications in both Alberta (2017) and India (2010), Nitin boasts extensive experience in trial and appellate jurisdiction cases. His legal journey began at Delhi University, India, where he earned his law degree in 2010. Later, he pursued a Master of Laws degree at the University of Calgary in 2015, enriching his legal expertise.

Beyond his legal prowess, Nitin is a published author, a passionate blogger, and a compelling public speaker. He actively participates in community engagement, embodying the Canadian value of "paying it forward." Nitin serves as a Mentor for Internationally Trained Lawyers at the Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council (CRIEC) and as a Director at the Rocky Mountain Civil Liberties Association (RMCLA). His involvement in organizations like ACTLA, CBA Section – South, GLC, and FACL- Western Chapter underscores his dedication to the legal community.

In his personal life, Nitin cherishes his role as a husband and father. Outside the courtroom, he finds solace in spending quality time with his loved ones. Nitin enjoys the simple pleasures of cooking, sketching, and indulging in a good book, often accompanied by his favorite glass of scotch.
