Robert Erickson

Robert Erickson's journey to becoming a notable figure in the legal field is as diverse as it is impressive. Starting off at the University of Calgary, he distinguished himself early on by earning a BA in Economics with high honors. His quest for knowledge took him across the globe to Tokyo, where he immersed himself in Japanese culture and language at Waseda University's School of International Liberal Studies. His academic excellence didn't go unnoticed; he secured multiple bursaries and the prestigious Jason Lang Academic Scholarship during his time in Calgary.

The next chapter of Erickson's academic career unfolded in England at Newcastle University. There, a partial scholarship opened the doors to an LLB Honours Law Program, which he completed in 2015. With Europe at his doorstep, Erickson seized the opportunity to explore the continent before returning to Canadian soil to meet the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) requirements, a crucial step for practicing law in his home country.

Erickson's return to Canada marked the beginning of his practical legal training at Ryerson University's Law Practice Program in Toronto. His dedication and prowess soon led him to Andriessen and Associates Business Lawyers, where he completed his articling. By June 2017, Erickson was called to the Bar in Ontario, further solidifying his legal acumen with the completion of the Canadian Securities Course in early 2018.
