 was referred to you by SB. I am requesting assistance with the default of a Promissory Note for $100k that originated in 2022 x 1 year term, with an extension of 6 months to Oct, 2023. I was a student with K and the investment was with my coach at that time . I was early on in the program and didn't fully understand how vulnerable these types of investments were, being unsecured. I now know there was a conflict of interest with her being my coach and fully aware of my entire financial picture and taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. I gave her several months notice prior to 2023, to inform her that I would for sure be requiring a return of my capital. She assured me along that way that this would be happening and then it did not. I am looking forward to speaking with you to initiate a resolution to this unfortunate situation. Thank you.
