Jennifer Arndt

Jennifer Arndt, a Partner in the Canadian Capital Markets Group, specializes in securities, corporate finance, banking law, and transactional corporate and commercial matters.

With extensive experience, Jennifer represents TSX and TSXV-listed companies in various transactions, including corporate finance, securities, M&A, and commercial transactions such as public equity and debt offerings, takeover bids, and stock exchange listings.

Her recent work includes GBLT German Battery & Lighting Technologies PLC's initial public offering and $66 million reverse take-over of CUP Capital Corp., Nanalysis Scientific Corp.'s qualifying transaction and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, and Marsa Energy Inc.'s $45.5 million amalgamation with a capital pool company.

Jennifer is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, Law Society of Saskatchewan, and Canadian Bar Association.

In December 2023, Jennifer Arndt was appointed Office Managing Partner of the Calgary office. Her leadership and expertise continue to drive success in the legal field.
