With over 35 years of experience, he has spearheaded numerous significant corporate transactions and provided legal counsel to domestic and international enterprises on various matters including financings, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, reorganizations, and commercial transactions.

Roy's expertise extends to offering strategic business advice to senior executives and directors on corporate governance, executive compensation, and regulatory compliance. He holds notable experience in international M&A and commercial transactions across several countries, including the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Australia, Turkey, and Papua New Guinea.
