Jonathan Kikuchi

Jonathan specializes in representing police officers facing disciplinary or criminal proceedings, as well as advising police agencies in civil actions.

In addition to his role in the Labour and Employment Practice Group, Jonathan offers counsel to management on various issues like wrongful dismissal claims, workplace investigations, and human rights complaints.

Before joining McLennan Ross, Jonathan served as a clerk at the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. He holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Alberta.

Dedicated to community involvement, Jonathan contributes to the McLennan Ross Community Investment Committee. This committee supports various initiatives benefiting organizations like the Calgary Drop-In Centre and the Calgary Food Bank.
